Controlled vine drinking is useful


Doctors have had conflicts of opposites for a long time. After all they admitted the fact that alcohol in small doses has positive effect on human health. Those who drink alcohol moderately rarely fall ill and die from heart disease than non-drinking people. Alcohol attenuates blood; it leads to reduction of likelihood of blood clots and reduces the likelihood of heart attacks. Specialists provide dry red wine as the most preferred drink among all of alcoholic beverages because it contains antioxidants.

The latest researches reveal that alcohol prevents the development of diabetes, cancer, it promotes human’s longevity. It is observed that those who drink moderately catch cold not frequently while non-drinking people are amenable to it. By the way, antibacterial and antiviral effect of wine was known as far back as in ancient times. During the military campaigns the Greeks and Romans quench their thirst with mixture of water and wine in equal proportions. Doctors recommend women to drink no more than 150 grams of dry red wine a day in order to maintain the well-being. Men can redouble this amount. The point is not overdoing when drinking wine; otherwise all the advantages of wine become its disadvantages.

Morning Exercises

Our mourning begins with morning exercises, not exercises actually but jogging. We are jogging after the bus and that’s all. Everyone knows what we need to do to be healthy. But does anyone really do so? I think that the answer is ‘no’. We have forgotten about our health at all. And the reason is probably that we lie to ourselves, lie, by saying that “I don’t have time for this and that”.  Everyday we wake up, make coffee, smoke a sigarette and run to our jobs. Sport has become an activity which we watch on TV only. We even stopped cooking, because we “don’t have time” for that. So we go and eat in the fast food restaurant these ‘good’ and ‘healthy’ meals.
    Children are probably the only people on earth who are thinking about their health. Because they at least like to walk, to swim, to play active games, untill they begin to know what the bad habbits are. And I think that parents who live a healthy life will teach their children to do the same. They’ll explain their children what is healthy and what is not and proove it to them by their own examples.
    What on earth should happen before we begin to take care of our health? Maybe we shan’t wait for it and begin to do some simple activities as morning exercises.
